I never thought I could do it! But I started going to South Bay’s Tuesday Morning sketch group on a regular basis, and, I have to say, while I’m no Kinstler, I can get a pretty close likeness- the folks there were friendly and supportive since the day I first walked in cold off the street- and I miss them, as I haven’t been back lately! I’ve also taken a turn or two in the model’s chair, so I have a collection of portraits of myself by several very fine artists: Ann , Don, Pete , Tom, Bruce, Phyllis, Kathy, Joan, Calvin, even Jodi Love! Here’s a portrait I posed for at the Met, that Irv Boker turned into a painting:
